White knuckle Gin is proudly made locally here in Western Australia. The award winning Gin is made 50km northeast of Perth at Gidgie Distilleries, in the rural town of Gidgegannup. The indigenous people knew the area as Gidjeejamup, which is said to mean "the place where spears are made". White Knuckle Gin leads the Australian spirit market from the "tip of the spear" winning the Gold Medal in the 2017 Australian Distilled Spirits Awards (ADSA).

The cool clear waters of the estate upon which Gidgie Distilleries is located gives the White Knuckle Gin the purity upon which we stake our reputation. The estate supports local native wildlife along with mandarin groves and lush abundant flora, which provide the fresh produce and botanicals for White Knuckle Gin.

The distillery itself uses a custom-made 150 litre Arnold Holstein German copper pot still to produce the award winning Gin in the 2017 ADSA. Gidgie distilleries focus on using Australian 'bush tucker' botanicals, combined with many tastings led to the birth of White Knuckle Gin. This is a London Dry Gin with 40%ABV incorporating predominantly Australian botanicals including Quandong seed, Bush Tomato (kutjera) and locally produced citrus.

The Gidgie Distilleries 'Reveli' Gin won a silver medal in the 2016 ADSA. From 2016 and after winning silver, the Reveli recipe was improved, winning a GOLD medal in the 2017 ADSA. It is from from the Gold award winning Gin that White Knuckle Gin was born....
